Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, etc.):

  • Instant Delivery: After purchase, you will receive an immediate digital download link via email to access your eBook or audiobook.

  • No physical shipping required for digital products.

  • If you don’t receive the download link, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • No returns or exchanges for digital products after purchase.

  • Refunds are available only for duplicate purchases made within 48 hours. If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us for a refund.

Physical Products (Merchandise, Clothing, etc.):

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders for physical goods are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options.

    • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  3. Shipping to Physical Addresses:

    • We ship to most countries. Please ensure your country is eligible during checkout.

    • No shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  4. Lost or Stolen Items:

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the carrier has marked the item as delivered.

    • If your item is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

    • We will provide proof of shipment if needed.

  5. Shipping Delays:

    • Once the order is shipped, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control (e.g., weather-related delays or holidays).

    • Please track your order using the provided tracking number for the most up-to-date status.

  6. Incorrect Address:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • If you make an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately at theauthor@theauthorofficial.com. After the item has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  7. International Shipping:
