Refund policy

📘 DIGITAL GOODS (eBooks & Audiobooks)

All digital goods—such as eBooks and audiobooks—are non-refundable due to their instant downloadable nature.
Please choose carefully.

Exceptions:
Refunds are only provided if you purchase a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of your original order. In such cases, we’ll gladly refund the duplicate upon request.


📦 PHYSICAL GOODS

Refunds for physical products (excluding merch) are issued only under the following conditions:

  • No returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking data).

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—only for proving shipment.

  • Your full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the faulty item

If your item is verified as faulty, we will either refund or resend—your choice. We want you to be happy!


👕 MERCH PRODUCTS (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

For merchandise, our policy is slightly different:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, misprinted, or damaged items.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt.

  • No refunds or returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse, so please check the size chart and product details before purchasing.
